Scholarships for Service awards recognize graduating high school seniors who are pursuing a career in service by enrolling in Army, Navy/Marines, or Air Force ROTC, attending one of our nation's service academies, or entering service in a local, state or federal government agency upon graduation.

 

Starting in 2015, we expanded our award criteria to include students who have shown a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in nursing or health care administration to honor the memory of our mother, Eleanor M. Bisbee. Mom served the communities of Central Pennsylvania for many years as a registered nurse and nursing supervisor at Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA.

 

Recipients of our Scholarships for Service awards must exhibit qualities of outstanding leadership potential, academic achievement, and demonstrated interest in service.
